- Account Management - has looked after large and key account client types (Hospitals, Shopping Centres, Large Commercial, etc).
- Sales/ Closing - As well as being able to build a relationship you would know how to close a sale. Sometimes being the best person or in the right place to complete a deal or do surveys.
- Organisation / Admin/IT Skills - Exciting and Busy role, so need to stay on top of things and you would have the ability to put together performance/ progress reports using MS Excel, etc
- Project Management - Understanding of project management delivery.
- Financial/ Commercial Awareness - Understanding that the idea is to make money in the role as well as advise.
- Technical/ Fire Alarm Design - Qualified FIA in design or have the Fire Detection designer/ design experience, so can attend further Fire alarm/. FIA courses as have designed fire systems before. You would have the experience of putting together designs and large project costing.
