  • Offer first line technical and software support for all IT related queries, relating to hardware, software, telephony and business systems.
  • Provide technical and administrative support and solutions.
  • Follow documented control processes to ensure compliancy at all times.
  • React to issues raised by internal team members and maintain an accurate history via the corporate Helpdesk system.
  • Allocate and escalate enquiries as necessary if no immediate resolution is possible.
  • Create and update self-help documents via the IT Helpdesk Wiki.
  • Provide out of standard hours support, as per business requirements.
What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience of 1st line help desk support or in offering technical support
  • A competent understanding and general interest in technology and IT.
  • Good level of Numeracy & Literacy, i.e. GCSE level or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Mobile Phone technologies, including Android and IOS operating systems (desirable)
  • An understanding of the importance of customer service.
