Our 70-year-old global Aerospace & Defense client has asked The Maven Group to locate a talented Manufacturing ERP Analyst to join a smart and small team west of Dallas/Ft Worth, TX.Our client employs over 11,000 people across the globe and provides solutions to markets such as satellites, human-rated space vehicles, launch vehicles, missiles, military ground vehicles, naval vessels, and security and surveillance.This position is a direct-hire, full-time role and includes an excellent benefits package including great medical coverage starting day one, profit sharing, a true retirement plan, tuition reimbursement of up to 15k/yr. This role requires the candidate to be onsite at my clients facility with potentially a few work from home days per week. Work schedule will be Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts. Relocation assistance can be provided if needed.The chosen ERP Analyst will maintain and manage my clients Manufacting ERP system. They will coordinate and direct all activities associated with ERP operations, enhancements, customizations, and troubleshooting. The ERP Analyst will be tasked with meeting and collaborating with the companies stakeholders to satisfy current requirements with existing tools or extend the ERP to add capabilities.To be considered a viable candidate, you should possess:
  • Six to eight years of ERP platform experience, showing progressively increasing responsibilities and achievements working with ERP platforms.
  • Demonstrated history of independently learning new technologies or business concepts.
  • History of successful management of major ERP functions within Infor SyteLine (also known as Cloudsuite Industrial).
  • Database maintenance and data access, ideally SQL Server.
  • Fundamentals of object-oriented programming. At least basic proficiency in C# and VB.NET or demonstrated ability to master fundamentals of new languages quickly
  • Knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
  • Experience translating non-technical requests to process and automation.
  • Knowledge of web-based data transfer protocols
