We are Outbrain.We're one of the world's largest content recommendation platforms, delighting audiences with engaging, personalized content recommendations while serving as the primary engagement partner and platform for the world's top digital media companies.Outbrain is seeking a highly-motivated, organized and creative individual to support our fast growing, and paced - in-house Brand Studio.The ideal candidate should be curious; a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills and some experience using Adobe Creative Suite would be preferable.Reporting into our Design Lead, you will be based in our Ljubljana office for a six month term; assisting with design tasks as well as the management and prioritization of our projects and requests.You'll develop a thorough understanding of our Studio platform; the design capabilities and the insights and outcomes we deliver.You will become responsible for managing specific parts of our processes; with the ideal individual able to collaborate with our multi-local offices and sales people to understand the needs of our Brand clients.Any experience in brand marketing/advertising - either creatively or academically, preferred.A day in the life

Support Brand Studio efforts by managing our project pipeline and incoming requests from Global Sales
Use excel to pull and analyze reports to deliver insights to the local teams and their clients.
Develop an understanding of Brand Studio's approach and design principles - leveraging these to complete design tasks.
Work autonomously to monitor performance of Brand Studio designs, based on Brand KPIs.
Support the local teams with preparation of materials, insights and case studies, where needed.
Work as a part of the team to problem solve; reviewing new products and out-of-the box client requests.
Attend client calls when needed.

What you'll bring

Competent user of Adobe Creative Suite
Good understanding of Brand Marketing
Minimum 0-1 years' experience in design, digital marketing, creative or media agency and available to work full time
Eligibility to work in the Slovenia with a student status is required
Fluent in English
Analytical ability to monitor and identify trends in creative/performance data
An interest in the ad tech industry and landscape would be beneficial
Ability to proactively work with high profile clients; independently and within a team environment.
Strong interest in design and creative solutions
An obsession with detail, proactive mindset, organizational skills, positive attitude, curiosity, and hunger to learn.
