- Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week
- Mailroom and courier processing and delivery
- General administrative tasks such as scanning documents, etc.
- Reception cover - meet and greet visitors when required
- Manning retail store when required
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Some moderate to heavy lifting may be required
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients' Health & Safety Standard
- Highly reliable, flexible, and adaptable
- Proven experience in a customer service/hospitality environment
- Very high standard of personal presentation
- A positive attitude and a strong team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Adaptable to change with a focus on continuous improvement
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
