Our client, offering healthcare and residential care services is looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.Responsibilities:

Post and process journal entries
Assist in the overall Cashflow Management
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Manage the whole accounts receivable processes, including payments, invoicing, debtor control and follow-up of overdue receivables
Review expenses, payroll records and other documents as assigned
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Support the Finance team in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Organise and facilitate internal payroll audits
Assist with the external audits and liaise with local banks as necessary

Requirements

Previous local experience, ideally up to the preparation of management accounts
Efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

A'level in Accounts or better
