- Capable of studying and passing degree level exams working toward a compulsory qualification (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning).

- Building your own client bank with marketing and public relations activity (WW can provide your first few leads, but you will need to learn to generate your own).
- Managing social media, reaching out to groups and communities, blogging/guest blogging, running events in person and online, doing broadcasts/podcasts as host and guest - we have lots of great content for you deploy and we are happy to train you in delivering some really popular sessions for female audiences.
- Learn on the job how to take clients through our 5 meeting financial planning process by observing, then assisting and then running your own meetings.
- Learn to coach clients toward healthy habits and attitudes - observe, assist and then do.
- Learn by assisting the financial adviser how to review clients existing plans/policies/arrangements and provide feedback.
- Assist the adviser providing regulated advice and recommendation including producing FCA compliant suitability reports.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients.
- Maintain a study program to achieve your CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and work through the coaching, advising operational training and business development modules provided via our Women’s Wealth Academy.
