- Perform Quality Control activities and Lead the QA Team.
- Solve Problems by proactively taking Ownership and Management of any Issue.
- Plan, estimate, prioritize, and coordinate all QA-related activities for ongoing projects.
- Manage the creation and execution of Test Plans and Test Cases to ensure Entry and Exit Criteria are met for each test phase in agreed timescales and resources.
- Comply, create, maintain, and evolve QA testing standards, processes, and guidelines to achieve constant improvements in the Quality Level.
- Provide QA Review for POC, Documentation, Design, and Demo Models delivered by internal and outsourced software development teams.
- Identify, report, and mitigate the Quality-related Risks of the projects handled by the QA Team or QA Department.
- Initiate and maintain the approach of Root Cause Analysis of the Quality gaps and drawbacks to prevent similar issues occur in the future.
- Initiate and maintain the process of implementation of the Change Requests and Common Logic testing.
- Adopt and cover new Games and Change Requests with the existing Automation Framework to succeed in reduced testing timescales, lower manual test effort, and execution.
- Thoroughly understand the QA Strategy, QA Processes, and the QA Role during all product development stages & monitor the Team approach complies with it.
- Organize and Lead the QA, Development, Product, cross-department meetings, training, business correspondence, etc.
- Work closely with the Program and Project Managers on project matters, Game Producers, and Product Managers on product matters to meet strict delivery deadlines while saving the best Quality.
- Constantly develop skills and get new knowledge in the QA-related domain.
- Set goals, train and evaluate the QA and their performance so both individually and collectively, they meet the current and future needs of the Company and the Business.
- Take care of QA Team members' issues, maintain the Team's overall wellness, and cultivate Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging.
- Have 4+ years experience as a Senior QA Engineer/QA Team Lead.
- Possess experience in Leading People & Achieving Results.
- Have experience in Web & Mobile Testing.
- Are familiar with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Chrome DevTools, Kibana, Bamboo/Jenkins, Xcode & Android Studio (logs, simulators, etc.), BrowserStack, Postman/Burp/Fiddler/Charles, Git/SVN.
- Have strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes.
- Possess a deep understanding of the Development/Testing Life Cycle.
- Are familiar with Client-Server architecture.
- Maintain excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate fluency in English.

- Having ISTQB Certification or/and higher education in IT or Computer Science
