- Lead the bidding process for water projects, including tender preparation, submission, and negotiations.
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- Oversee the execution of projects, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and managing risks.
- Coordinate with design specialists to ensure technical specifications are met and any design changes are implemented effectively.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, including procurement, contract negotiations, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain strong communication channels with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize project performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree of equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing water-based projects
- Extensive experience in bidding for construction projects, including preparing proposals and conducting negotiations.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a positive team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
