- Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee the development and implementation of BIMM University's brand development and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our purpose, vision, and core values.
- Service Innovation: Identify and implement service development across all marketing activities, pioneering innovative approaches to marketing in the creative industries education sector.
- Brand Management: Manage and monitor the use of BIMM University and individual school brands, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all stakeholders.
- Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with the wider Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions team to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and recruitment activities, fostering synergy across various departments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across the university to ensure marketing activities reflect local operations and effectively engage staff, students, and third parties.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring services are delivered within budget allocations while maximising return on investment.
- Data-Driven Insights: Ensure effective data collection, monitoring, and reporting of marketing activities, leveraging insights to inform future strategies and campaigns.
- Deputisation: Deputise for the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience as needed, providing strategic leadership and direction in their absence.
- Strategic Vision: Extensive experience in developing and managing marketing services, with a proven track record of delivering successful strategies and campaigns.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience in stakeholder management, fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.
- Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing principles and practice, with current knowledge of marketing trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Digital Proficiency: Proficient digital marketing skills, including experience managing social media channels and working with websites.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience measuring the impact of marketing campaigns and using data to drive decision-making.
- Budget Management: Experience in budget management, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
