- Owning and delivering a communications strategy that emphasises culture and employee engagement across multiple teams in different locations across the UK
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to produce and align communications in line with RVU's objectives and culture
- Running our communications eco-system including tools, platforms and ceremonies to drive a consistent employee experience regardless of leader or location. In other words, ensuring that all employees get the information they need, when they need it, where they prefer to get it
- Oversee key company events including all employee meetings and larger scale events twice a year
- Developing great relationships with key contacts across the business to ensure the seamless flow of information and knowledge sharing
- Crafting and consulting with the leadership team on delivering impactful comms
- A passion for internal communications, either in a fast-paced organisation or in an agency that's consulting one
- A great role model for our culture, acting with urgency to make things happen balanced with deploying rigour in our decision-making
- Compelling and versatile written communicator
- Ability to work at pace and to oversee outstanding delivery of multiple projects
- Proven ability to develop and deliver communications strategies and plans across multiple channels and audiences
- Experience in managing and delivering change communications
- Demonstrable evidence of positively influencing employee engagement
- A strong ability to positively challenge and influence at all levels of the business
