- Solution Evangelism: Act as a key technical advisor and product advocate, articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
- Customer Engagement: Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Design and propose innovative solutions leveraging the Now Platform, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive solution delivery.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to sales strategy and drive opportunities from qualification through to close, achieving sales targets.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and provide value to clients.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, with a proven track record of generating new business sales of enterprise-class solutions
- Ability to drive sales strategy and business growth.
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with a track record of building strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
