- Design and implement the Diversity & Inclusion strategy and initiatives to promote diversity in the organization
- Design and support the Groupe People Experience projects and activities from concept to completion
- Coordinate the Wellbeing initiatives
- Coordinate the Social and Voluteer initiatives
- Main contact for Internal Global Communities about D&I and Sustainability topics
- Inspire and engage employees by creating a sense of belonging and community
- 4-5 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on D&I, Wellbeing and People Experience
- In-depth Knowledge of UNI PdR 125:2022
- Strong project management and communication skills to design, implement and coordinate projects
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel) and Canva
- English proficiency
