- Designing processes to help effectively oversee and manage the delivery and impact of the CoE and its top priorities (e.g., standard operating procedures for new activities, monitoring and reporting processes/documents, etc.)
- Supporting the execution of the CoE's top priorities, including creating plans and materials for internal and external activation activities (e.g., executive meetings, internal and external forum presentations, market activation/sales enablement events, etc.)
- Managing some of the key components of the CoE, including the AP S&C Priority Accounts programme sales and pursuits analysis/activities as well as knowledge library consolidation/sharing
- Engage in day-to-day interactions with key leadership and internal stakeholders
- Participate in internal workshops and meetings
- Handle request and queries from partner firms
- You may be required to travel in the process of fulfilling responsibilities for this role
- Considering time zone differences, you may be required to work outside of standard business hours (e.g., to participate in meetings with stakeholders across the region)
- Practitioner with 5 to 8 years of experience in programme management
- Stellar academic credentials (MBA/advanced degree preferred)
- Demonstratable experience as a problem solver in high-performing teams
- Experience in working across the AP region (across AP cultures), and across firm structure (cross-business units) would be advantageous.
- Sustainability & Climate subject-matter expertise would be preferable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel for conducting analysis, MS PowerPoint for creating presentation decks, and MS Word for writing reports)
- Sound quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (professional fluency essential)
- Out-of-box thinking and an inclination for problem solving
- Ability to self-organize, design, manage, and own systemic processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and professionally through both internal & external communications
- Be a team player - open-minded, collaborative, and responsive; able to work effectively with diverse groups of people, across all levels of the organization
- Base location: Delhi CEC / Mumbai CEC
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client location
