- Institutional partnership:
- Supporting the formation and maintenance of partnerships with:
- Private sector (i.e., employers, business associations, training institutions, corporate foundations)
- Government (i.e., LGUs, PESO, DOLE, TESDA)
- Maintain a directory of partners and relevant stakeholders and partnership trackers that contributes to effective monitoring and assessment partnerships and engagements
- Supporting the formation and maintenance of productive working relationships with USAID/Philippines, implementing partners, and key stakeholders;
- Capacity building:
- Support monitoring and reporting on delivery of skilling, on-the-job training, and job placement activities.
- Supporting the facilitation and documentation of learning events and workshops associated with the project
- Administrative support:
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed notes
- Contributing to sector specific research, reports, forecast, budgets, workplans, proposals and other outputs intended for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the maintenance of pending task lists and team trackers.
- Supporting operational activities associated with the project, including contract action requests (i.e., travel, partner, budget realignment, etc.).
- Documenting deliverables and maintaining team calendar.
- Familiarity with and commitment to the 4Ps.
- Familiarity with and demonstrated experience in workforce development, youth, and private sector engagement.
- Experience implementing development-related projects, particularly with government or donor funding, preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining relationships with private companies, donors, other donor-funded projects and stakeholders, organizations, and partners is a plus
- Strong experience in utilizing various effective productivity tools particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, etc. is a plus
- Experience managing required programmatic and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with Monitoring and Evaluation is a plus.
- Experience with similar USAID-funded programs is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino; excellent demonstrated listening, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good ability to multi-task and be well-organized
- A team player and can work with minimal supervision
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good ability in utilizing digital technology to support development of documentation materials
