Sarmad Company is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record of successful campaign management.Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including PPC, display advertising, social media, and email marketing
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI
Manage and coordinate with external agencies/vendors to ensure the successful execution of campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
Track and report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Demonstrable experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels
Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools
Experience with PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and website analytics
Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics)
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
