- Generate innovation ideas and apply to design concepts, produce conforming designs, parameters, and calculations.
- Develop feasible designs, considering available manufacturing processes. Perform engineering calculations for mass, strength, and mechanical performance.
- Prepare and maintain engineering presentation documents.
- For each assigned innovation project, provide alternative design solutions accompanied by analysis, supporting information and recommendations.
- Lead all design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies for designs.
- Maintain strong familiarity with seat comfort and wellness products, good basement of related knowledge is required.
- Ensure that designs comply with government and market demands.
- Complete all assignments following prescribed schedules.
- Actively participate in product design reviews when required.
- Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management \ Rules and Regulations \ Values \ Employee handbook of the company.
- Others temporary job given by Innovation Manager.
