Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionJob Summary:1. Maintain and optimize production process of assembly line e.g. label, laser marking, silicone, staking and EOL1) ECU programming and testing.2. Evaluate feasibility of new process equipment/fixture.3. PDS Management for Change Requests via MKS and Implementation4. Problem solving via systematic method, e.g. PDCA, A3, 8D, PSSJob Responsibilities:1. Involvement in Production Meetings (e.g. Morning call, Point CIP) to continuously improve and stabilize Production Key Performance Indicators (OEE, Downtime, Output, Cycle Time, FPY, ChangeOver Time, Scrap, Quality loss, …)2. Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity, quality and to reduce TA loss/scrap/failure costs3. Implementation/Use of tools & methods in daily work (e.g. Poka-Yoke, Point CIP and 'PDCA' process, A3, PSS, 8D-Report, others)4. Type data setting according to BOM and PDB.5. Actively manage and support production line Ramp-up6. Drive and coordinate production improvement projects7. Line responsibility and troubleshooting on shop floor8. Responsible for assigned process improvement9. Tooling and fixture maintenance and management10. Weekly meeting with manager to review defined topics and tasks status11. Train and coach process technician w/ regular performance review12. On-call and onsite support machine or process issue13. Participate in evaluating feasibility of equipment/fixture related to new product (project). (Cooperation with TEF people)14. According to MKS2) system/EC3) updated process standard, make change record and inform related people.15. Participate in Kaizen4 team (Bosch worldwide) meeting.16. Kaizen means “continuous improvement” which derived from Japanese/KaizenQualifications1. Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering background or closely related2. Working Experience: At least 2 yrs working experience in production engineering fields3. Knowledge/Skills/Training : engineering\technology\quality\IE in Assembly industry4. Language: good command of both written and oral English5.
