The position is expected to have a positive impact the sales and financial objectives by leading the Jiangsu Sales Team to achieve the target as well as developing relationships with key accounts in Jiangsu Area.

Lead the team to achieve the team target.
Develop key accounts within the area to achieve the personal target.
Support the team to identify the new opportunities and drive the organic growth.
Co-ordinate with the supporting functions to support the business growth.

Requires:

At least 5 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably in the paint industry.
Familiar with the protective coating market in particular for Jiangsu area.
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
Strong adaptability and teamwork spirit.
Able to travel frequently within the region.
