- Be Stand window and face to customers in developing the items and products in leading the engineering team

- Be watch dog to keep the development timing on right track

- Take initiative of Cost Estimate and financial analysis, and propose the best price scenario to Management

- Price negotiation & finalize it with customers, and also financial analysis for them
