- Lead product engineer team to develop automotive electrical motor product projects, in charge of design concept creation, motor specification evaluation, feasibility study and related design validation tests arrangement.
- In charge of motor and related components drawing creation and assessment, DFMEA, DVPR and other project documents creation, review, release and finalization.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, project management and other related functional teams to develop motor projects, find the best balance point for product design, process, quality and cost.
- Follow the product development procedure for developing projects, design for quality, design for manufacturing, design for process, work with cross functional teams to solve technical issues till product safe launch.
- Comply with company regulations and manager's working assignment & management, willing to over time working under high pressure when urgent project issue take place.
- Lead the technical communication with global customers, such as Europe, US, to understand the customer request and leading in technical issue resolution.
- Bachelor degree(or above) from mechanical / electrical /vehicle / material engineering.
- Familiar with at least one software (Catia, Solidworks, UG, etc..) for 3D engineering drawing creation.
- 8 years (or more) working experience in electrical motor industry ,5 years (or more) experience in PMDC motor structure design or electromagnetic design are advantages.
- Familiar with automotive industry procedures (APQP, FMEA, SPC, DVPR) .
- Good knowledge in systematic motor/actuator NVH issue resolution and EMC issue resolution.
- Strong capability of practice. Diligent, honest and good sense of teamwork.
- Fluent in English.
