GENERAL FUNCTION:
Create, implement, monitor and control the technical package, specifying the method of manufacturing, including tooling and fixtures, NC/CNC programs, work instructions. Supporting day-to-day Production activities in performing Failure analysis & trouble shooting, evaluate improvement opportunities and facilitating continuous improvement cycle to achieve performance targets.RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Review the customer prints, engineering specifications and relative industrial standards, interpret the specifications and standards when needs.
2. Develops and leads the new part products introduction project plan and complete projects on time
3. Lead the APQP （Advanced Part Quality Planning） activities with project team, generate PFMEA, CP and relevant documentation.
4. Designs, build and/or purchase fixtures, equipment and tools as needed to ensure quality products.
5. Generate parts fabricating routing documentation including BOM, internal prints, operation instruction, process instruction, tooling layout and CNC programs
6. Design all cutting tools, fixtures. Purchase special tooling as required to meet production demands at minimal costs.
7. Maintenance of cost center
8. Define the standard material and tool usage
9. Define labor hours and get standard hours
10.Work with Finance to review the cost rate based on the estimating.
11. Manage all electronic data for engineering department.
12. Analyze and solve the production issue on the workshop floor as required by Production Supervisor.
13. Assist in training lesser skilled employees in machining methods and techniques.
14. May supports Internal and External audits. May train others in Quality Assurance related topics.
15. May support vendor management issues, as problem solving, auditing, inspection techniques/equipment, and/or training.
16. Work flexible hours as required to meet project deadlines.Qualification
1. Four years Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related sciences or equivalent work experience. Master Degree plus.
2. Familiar with CAD/CAM software
3. CNC programming skills
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Basic English communication skill
6. Ability to use Microsoft Office software family
7. ERP knowledge be the plus
8. Great creative, passion and dedication to high-precision manufacturing industry.
