- 10+ years of technical hands-on experience in textile industry, especially with fiber spinning and/or fabric knitting, preferably with elastic fiber.
- technical knowledge of production processes, equipment and materials for textile
- excellent interpersonal skills to connect with customers and partners
- comfortable in international cross-functional teams, ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a global team.

- can-do attitude
- fluent in English
- Ready to travel up to 50%
- collaborate across the value chain with spinning partners, knitting mills and garment designers
- Provide technical support throughout the qualification
- oversee product testing and assist spinners to improve and maintain high quality including diligent documentation
- develop training materials and conduct training sessions for customers, partners and colleagues
- identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact and improve sustainability
- take directions from GTM and NEOLAST™ Business Manager
- Location: Celanese Technical Center in Shanghai (China) or Taiwan
