The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing key projects within our organisation, ensuring successful delivery on time and with excellent quality. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our product and services.Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
2. Team Leadership:
Lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and other project members.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to excel in their roles.
3. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address and resolve issues to ensure project success.
4. Communication:
Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
Provide regular project status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals.
5. Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality changes.
Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.

Qualifications:

1. Must haves:
Fluency in both English and Chinese.Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
Bachelor's (or higher) degree in a numerical field (e.g. Computer Science, Finance or similar)Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements.
2. Nice to haves:
PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification.
Experience as a Project Manager in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
Finance background.Crypto trading experience.
