ResponsibilitiesBuild a lasting and meaningful relationship with suppliers and service providers in order to establish a positive, profitable and enduring collaboration, co-operation and contract negotiation.Come up with new ideas concerning the size, shape and colour of packaging.Implement and monitor activities so that all requirements of packing procedures and packing standards are met at all times.Work in accordance with the latest developments in domestic and international packaging standards and procedures.Evaluate the production, quality or packaging of goods in great detail in order to ensure compliance with the quality standards of the producer.Develop creative ideas for materials, packaging formats and printing technologies.Apply safe and healthy packaging policies; maximise the use of recycled or renewable source materials; implement clean production technologies.Apply and supervise measures and regulations concerning security and safety in order to maintain a safe environment in the workplace.RequirementsDSE / Form 5 or above8 years merchandising and production experience in packagingWith solid experience in packaging for apparel, luxury, cosmetic, watch, jewellery and Wine is an assetsWith technical knowledge of packaging, mainly paper packagingWith previous experience gained from factory is preferedResponsible for projects follow up from sampling to productionLiaise with overseas clients and factory independentlyGood leadership skills and able to leading a small teamFluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Willing to travel to China frequentlyInterested parties, please send your resume with expected salary to ej1@netvigator.com.
