- Bachelor Degree or 5+ years’ commensurate experience with active progress toward industry-related education. MS and or PhD desirable.
- Experience with US Stock-Listed standard, compliance training (code of conduct / FCPA…)
- High Standard Sales methodology training (I.e. Miller Heiman strategic selling…)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current valid driving licence
- No visa disqualification from the USA or EU or China
- A driven and highly motivated, self-starting sales professional with successful track record in selling high value capital equipment.
- 5+ years’ work experience including minimum 3 years’ sales experience driving and managing a portfolio of technical life science industry product sales with associated market knowledge of Industrial markets
- Able to demonstrate proven, successful sales experience in increasingly responsible roles across multiple vertical and market segments
- Successful track record of key account sales management and business growth in Industrial/ Academia or an adjacent industry sector.
- Strong experience of usage and understanding of Complex & Strategic Selling strategies for business development and account share growth .
- Expertise in value chain management with proven analytical and problem solving abilities required to diagnosis customer needs and propose technical solutions that address business requirements.
- Previous exposure to NMR / associated analytical technologies is required.Deep understanding of IND customer value chains. Has expertise with Value Chain Management and the provision of technical solutions to address a business requirement within in the value chain.
- Possess and further develop strong network of contacts in stated Market segments
- Demonstrated experience with cost analysis and justifications required and the ability to present developed business case analysis to executive management.
- Can demonstrate and convey theoretical and practical understanding of NMR/TD/EPR technology as well as competing analytical tools (MS, IR)
- Excellent Chinese and English verbal, written, computer, technical, and proposal communication and presentation skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite - inc MS Teams
- Experience in daily use and maintainence of Salesforce.com / SAP or similar CRM tool
- Additional languages relevant to the stated territory would be advantageous.
