Position: Administrative Assistant - Portfolio Management
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $65K per yearDo you have experience in banking and finance? Our client, a wealth management firm, has an immediate position for an Administrative Assistant (Portfolio Management) to assist a team of investment professionals!Responsibilities:- Prepare account documentation and correspondence
- Set up new client accounts
- Handle cash reconciliations
- Review transfer-ins (reconciliation - review assets)
- Provide customer service (prepare order drafts, arrange fund transfers, bill payments, wires, etc.)... and more!
What you need to succeed in this role:- 2 years of relevant administrative experience (banking, finance, wealth management, portfolio management investment)
- Enjoy providing a high level of customer service
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word and Excel)
