We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing, full-time live-in nanny to join our family and provide support to manage our household. We are a family of 4 - two kids (Boy 8, Girl 11). Responsibilities: - Prepare nutritious and well-balanced meals, including daily school lunches and snacks for the children, considering any dietary preferences or restrictions. - Prepare dinner for the family, consisting of two adults and two children, adhering to dietary preferences and restrictions. We will also provide a meal plan that is straightforward and easy to follow. - Oversee school drop-off and pick-up for younger child (school is 5 min walk from home). - Perform routine housekeeping duties, including but not limited to daily, weekly and monthly cleaning, routine tidying and organization of common areas. - Manage family laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away clothes and linens. - Maintain open and clear communication with parents regarding children's activities and raising any concerns or issues that may arise. - Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed, with advance notice and mutual agreement. - Other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the household and support our family's needs. Experience: - 2 or more years of experience in a similar capacity (references are required and will be verified) - Ability to prepare meals - proficient with oven, stove, air fryer, microwave, etc. - Fluent in English We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $18 to the right candidate. As a live-in, you will also receive the benefit of a dedicated, separate space in the home that includes: full kitchen, living room with TV, private bedroom with adjoining bathroom.
