- Manage and execute a contact strategy to ensure retention of all existing accounts and expansion of existing business with Corporate Partners in line with ARAG strategy and targets
- Coordinate and renew all current Corporate accounts
- Oversight and management of ARAG Partners review schedule with Insurer Partners at VP level and with ARAG reinsurance partners, as required
- Inclusion and coordination of internal ARAG stakeholders in review & renewal meetings
- Coordination and management of contracts and addendums as required by ARAG, HDI and or the corporate partner.
- Manage overall profitability of corporate partner accounts through annual renewal negotiations and in line with ARAG strategy
- Attendance at annual partner conferences, training and other events as required.
- Proactively promote awareness of Legal protection products
- Influence current relationships to support cross sales while managing new product and development opportunities.
- Incite and manage positive relationships and business development dialogue with corporate partners, at all levels from product managers to Executives and CEO’s
- Provide regular and accurate reporting and updates to maintain the CP sales funnel
- Aspire to be a trusted advisor for ARAG’s Corporate partners
- Creating maintaining and tracking Corporate Partners data to direct activity and strategy
- Maintain prompt and clear communications with external partners and internally with Stakeholders, contributing to strategic dialogue and assisting the VP Sales, Corporate Partnerships in setting strategy and forecasting
- Monitoring, responding to and resolving any questions, concerns or complaints regarding service
- Professional management of queries, and other communications
- Coordinating the internal and external review schedule with internal resources e.g. Underwriting and claims
- Management, creation and delivery of accredited training on ARAG products and sales to Insurer partner staff and supporting brokers
- Education and support of LEI specialists / dedicated trainers within Insurer Partners
- Attendance at industry events
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with all internal stakeholders
- College diploma or University degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience. A minimum of 7 years of P&C insurance industry experience
- Experience of a portfolio of accounts and successfully renewing individual accounts with high value and strategic importance
- Experience of cross sales and setting a growth strategy in conjunction with a partner’s portfolio
- Ability to communicate at CEO and VP level with corporate partners and within the industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid Driver’s License.
- CIP or CAIB preferred and RIBO license
