Accounts Payable Administrator

- Reconcile Direct Bill vendor properties and camps to Bookings.
- Receive POs in ERP
- Dealing with Intercompany (BD Travel)
- Work with the AP Specialist & Supply team on rate, guest or days issues not matching bookings to resolve, obtain refunds where required.
- Working with downstream invoicing & collections teams on any corrections required.
- Support other accounting functions as required.
- Background in accounting and bookkeeping would be considered an asset with exposure to Accounts Payable.
- Candidates with hotel administration or night auditor experience would be an advantage, travel industry experience is also considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, accountability.
- Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience with an ERP such as SAP, or Oracle NetSuite would be considered an asset.
- Must have excellent communication, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build friendly and collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Must be fluent in English both oral and written.
