Accounts Payable AdministratorCalgary, ABLodgeLink's Market Settlement team has a permanent full-time position for a Accounts Payable Administrator in Calgary, AB. This role is hybrid - in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home.We are looking for a new team member to be part of our growing company - someone who enjoys a tech company and a collaborative environment like LodgeLink. You will be responsible for Accounts Payable, reviewing data throughout our reconciling processes, doing 3 way matches between Bookings, VCCs and folios & camp chargesheets, including any direct bill properties - working alongside the team to identify opportunities for improvement as we scale up.The AP Admin is an integral part of the LodgeLink Settlement team and is have a keen eye for detail, working with our Supply team on property folios, handling account queries, reporting on any escalations found during our AP/reconciling processes, and working with the team to meet deadlines. Essential skills for this role include strong interpersonal and communication skills to build quality relationships with the team and with our internal stakeholders.   • Reconcile Direct Bill vendor properties and camps to Bookings.
  • Receive POs in ERP
  • Dealing with Intercompany (BD Travel)
  • Work with the AP Specialist & Supply team on rate, guest or days issues not matching bookings to resolve, obtain refunds where required.
  • Working with downstream invoicing & collections teams on any corrections required.
  • Support other accounting functions as required.
Qualifications
  • Background in accounting and bookkeeping would be considered an asset with exposure to Accounts Payable.
  • Candidates with hotel administration or night auditor experience would be an advantage, travel industry experience is also considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, accountability.
  • Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Experience with an ERP such as SAP, or Oracle NetSuite would be considered an asset.
  • Must have excellent communication, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build friendly and collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Must be fluent in English both oral and written.
