Job Responsibilities:-Supervising a small team of employees
-Ensuring production is meeting shipping schedules
-Perform general labour duties on the floor
-Operate MHE handling equipment
-Read blueprints and use various hand tools for assembly supportQualifications
Who are we looking for?- Proven experience in a leadership position
- Comfortable negotiating freight handling renewal contracts
- Knowledge of international shipping and associated rules/processes
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics processes and best practices- Experience in Netsuite ERP software an asset
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and their functionalities
- MHE certification would be an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office products
- Previous manufacturing, machining or inventory control experience
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada by way of Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or valid Canadian work permitSummary
