- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure excellence in customer service and product knowledge.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment that reflects the brand's image and values.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a general merchandise or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial principles.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
