Do you have previous experience in pricing experience within the retail environment (i.e. creating and maintaining promotions, price overrides, etc)? Do you have strong analytical skills to support the merchandising team with price related reporting and statistics?If so, we have an opportunity for a Pricing Administrator with our client, a retail giant, for a 12 month contract.This role is hybrid with 2 days (Wednesday and Thursday) in the office and 3 days remote.Advantages

● 8am to 5pmResponsibilities
As a Pricing Administrator , you will be responsible for:
● Running pricing compliance on rollbacks and Save Now promotions to meet Canadian legal requirements and providing understandable explanation for failures to the merchant teams, suggesting actions that can be taken to allow items to meet requirements● Executing promotions and retail/cost changes, checking that all required linked items are included, and all required fields on the template are completed● Supporting the process of creating and auditing deal funding to support promotional offers● Analyzing all incoming pricing requests to ensure all price changes meet business and legal requirements● Pulling weekly flyer data from marketing applications, consolidate and create event downloads to serve as backups for flyer pricing for each province● Managing major pricing events such as Black Friday and Boxing Week, running the appropriate compliance tests and creating event downloads to drive retail changes to stores● Analyzing and approving multi-save promotions, ensuring customers receive meaningful discount and that all business requirements are met. Assisting in researching multi-save related store issues with merchant team● Researching pricing related store complaints, provide clear explanation to merchants and make suggestions on how to resolve as efficiently as possible.Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of similar pricing administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to build relationships easily
