We have two lovely boys, ages 2 and 4. I'm a nurse, working on call shifts, husband is. Firefighter. Both shift work schedules. I do not have a particular schedule, I typically work when my husband is on days off. We could use a hand to allow me to be more flexible and available for work. We require someone who is kind, patient, flexible, trustworthy with the children. This would be a unique au pare position, you will not be required to fully take care of kids every single day full time. We have a desire to do much of the childcare ourselves when we are home. When we are home with the kids we could use help with house duties, dog walking, meal prepping. We are happy to allow you to have days off. At most, you would be caring for the kids alone 8 days of the month.
