As the Inside Sales representative you put customer needs and experience first, while handling orders, pricing, and supporting the rest of the team!Does this sound like you?Advantages
- Pay rate from 46K to 58K (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, no weekends!
- Hours from 6:30-3pm, or 7-3:30pm

- Handle calls, emails, and walkins
- Answer questions and advise on products
- Handle customer requests; orders, billing, pricing, credits, escalations, claims
- Participate in training sessions, tradeshows, branch and sales meetings
- Support the account managers, and other sales teams
- Communicate relevant information to the Branch ManagerQualifications
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience
- Electrical or Data and communications product knowledge is an asset
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong willingness to learn
- Excellent customer relationship building skills
- Great conflict resolution abilitiesSummary
