Title - Business Development RepresentativeLocation - GTA west/ Peel regionOur client, is a major manufacturer of efficient, reliable material handling equipment such as forklifts, people-lifters, and other industrial electric vehicles. They are currently looking for a Business Development Representative who can win new business opportunities.We are looking for driven individuals who are looking to take their careers to the next level.Advantages

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, cold call, develop and close new business
  • Maintain a strong sales funnel with a focus on activity to ensure sales targets and goals are met.
  • Familiarizing oneself with market conditions, industry, and competitor standards
  • Participate and collaborate with the sales team for ongoing efforts to meet the organization's business objectives
  • Present product information regarding features, benefits, and new product/service offerings to customers
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience - industrial sales experience is an asset
  • A self-starter who is results-driven, competitive, professional, and a team player
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency with MS Office and other related programs
  • Solid track record of sales results
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
  • You must have a PASSION for sales and enjoy cold calling
