- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- A demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in education and training.
- Experience applying change management principles, methodologies and tools in a project context.
- Experience teaching change management concepts to a variety of adult learners.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.

- Demonstrated competencies in Microsoft Office tools including Office Suite, MS Teams, and Office365. Ability to learn and use modern online collaboration tools such as Mural, Jira, and Confluence.
