- Approve journal entries, account reconciliations and occupancy related invoices
- Prepare occupancy budget
- Prepare capex budget
- Provide monthly occupancy variance analysis
- Maintain IFRS Rent Schedule and reconcile to the Trial Balance
- Update Lease Summary monthly
- Prepare Business Cases to support Real Estate business planning
- Prepare Business Cases for other projects and initiatives in the company
- Post Audit reviews of Capital Projects
- Manage Daily Sales Projection
- Ad hoc analysis to support planning for all lines of business
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Advanced knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles and procedures
- Basic knowledge in Oracle and Essbase
- Advanced communication skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Excellent attention to details
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
- Completion of or working towards an Accounting designation
- At least (3) three years of Accounting experience in a supervisory capacity
- Real Estate experience is considered an asset
