Key Stage 2 TeacherProtocol Education are currently working with a range of Primary Schools in Hackney who are looking for motivated Teachers to join them on a full-time basis in September 2024.We are looking for passionate and reliable teachers who have a real passion for working with KS2 pupils.A strong knowledge of Phonics and the KS2 curriculum will be vital for these roles.A strong knowledge of the SAT's curriculum would be highly beneficial.Protocol Education take pride in the service we offer our schools and our teachers and we will work closely with you to find you the perfect school for September.These roles will typically start by working via the agency and then progress to a full-time position at the school after a year or sooner.We will support you throughout your placement and be on hand to offer guidance and support for the duration of the school year.Salary:£188 - £240 Per dayJob Duties:
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 students
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development and school events
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with Key Stage 2 students
  • Knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Education:Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience:Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Key Stage 1Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Specialist training in Key Stage 2 education
Working Conditions:The role involves working in a school setting, following term-time schedules and participating in school events and meetings. The teacher may need to adapt to the needs of Key Stage 1 students and collaborate with fellow educators.
