  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Managing appointments and scheduling meetings
  • Handling mail and deliveries
  • Providing administrative support to various departments
  • Assisting with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
  • Adhering to security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
  • Knowledge of office management procedures is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a bonus
