- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Managing appointments and scheduling meetings
- Handling mail and deliveries
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Assisting with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Adhering to security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of office management procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a bonus
