We play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.Meaningful work you’ll be part ofAs a Delivery Excellence Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for project delivery operations and presentation to Sr. Mgmt.Coordination with stakeholders, build and maintain positive working relationships with themDrive demonstrable repeatable metrics for board, executives, management and operational audienceProject, program and portfolio management for security implementation and operations projectsBudget management and financial reportingKnowledge managementResource planning sharing, cross-pollination, and utilizationClient experience and relationship managementEnsure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvements to achieve delivery and operational objectivesDrive quality and consistency in deliveryDrive transparency and accountability at all levelsBusiness development including driving upselling and cross sellingEnable profitability, risk and quality management & continuous improvementEnable effective resource sharing, cross-pollination, management and utilizationStandardize knowledge management, collateral and delivery excellenceHighlight the challenges in managing projects and/or programs to budgets, SLAsExperiences and skills you’ll use to solveExperience in security device management and multiple SIEM platformsIn-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management, etc.Experience in MSSP environmentExperience in performing vendor managementCISSP, CISM, GIAC, PMP and Agile certifications preferredKnowledge of applications, databases, middleware to address security threatsProficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentationAn interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you workExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholdersProficient communication, analytical skills, problem solving and interpersonal skillsA demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectivesWhy you’ll love PwCWe’re inspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
