TalentSphere is working with a boutique architectural firm 100% focused on heritage buildings. They seek an intermediate architectural technologist, with good detailing skills, to join a firm with a family culture where everyone works together towards success.Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a diploma in architectural technology; candidates with CAHP certification highly valued
- 5-7 years of post graduate work experience with strong Revit skills
- 3+ years full time working with Revit on multiple projects; ability to put together clean cladding details and a sharp interiors package
- Experience designing schools, community & civic centers, high end offices; projects that demand some sophistication; any heritage project experience highly valued
- A Revit portfolio demonstrating design excellence
- Software: Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign
- Strong communication skills, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and advocate for heritage conservation.
