- Aid in the development, analysis and tracking of customer contracts and commitments to meet connection project deliverables.
- Collect and analyze customer data from several databases (MS CRM, SAP, SharePoint etc.) to develop reporting for the purpose of business planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and dashboards.
- Conduct quality assurance monitoring of databases and customer contracts to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulatory mandates.
- Support Account Executives with managing large customer relationships by providing project monitoring, invoicing and project commitment tracking.
- Prepare written material including web content, training documentation and process mapping.
- Identify issues, problem solve and propose solutions to support continuous improvement of process, contract, and data management activities.

- Experience working in a cross-functional team, engaging with different lines of business such as Project Management, Finance, Asset Management and Law.

- Insight into the electricity industry within Ontario.
- Exposure to a variety of applications including Microsoft CRM, SharePoint, Power BI, and SAP.
- Discipline: Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Academic Level: Second Year or higher completed.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. Experience with VBA is considered an asset.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, especially within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Self-motivated and proactive to complete tasks as required.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and attention to detail.
