This role is pivotal in driving our organizational learning strategy, focusing on instructional design, facilitation, and program coordination. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning programs that align with our business goals and enhance our employees' skills and knowledge.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive learning modules and instructional materials, using both traditional and modern training methods and technologies.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for a diverse range of employees across different levels within the organization.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end learning and development programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and meet the set objectives.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs that address those needs while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Lead the evaluation of training programs’ effectiveness, leveraging feedback and performance data to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches and best practices into our L&D initiatives.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality resources and cost-effective solutions are utilized.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, and training facilitation in a corporate organizational setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record in designing and developing engaging instructional materials for various learning modalities.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Excellent organizational and program management skills.
  • Excellent relationship management & customer service skills, with all stakeholders including both internal customers and external providers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is an asset.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and French, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in both languages, both verbally and in writing.
