- Manage and follow up diligently on emails
- Manage and coordinate schedules in Google Workspace
- Plan and book business travel or corporate events
- Preparation and logistics for internal or external meetings, e.g. reserving conference rooms, ordering meals, printing documents, preparing participant lists, obtaining biographies, preparing the room, etc.
- Prepare documents and presentations
- Complete specific projects and independently take care of any necessary research, prioritization and follow-up
- Prepare budget reports and follow up on them every month
- Prepare purchase orders and track payment of invoices for materials and/or services
- Initiative, autonomy and ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Coordinate and manage events with a marketing twist, including planning, logistics, and execution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to incorporate branding and promotional elements into event materials and activities.
- Oversee event communications, including pre-event promotions, invitations, on-site signage, and post-event follow-ups.
- 3-5 years' experience in an Executive assistant role
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to juggle different tasks and responsibilities at the same time and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills in both French and English
- Interpersonal effectiveness
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, project management or related field is not required but preferred.#LI-REMOTESalary Range: $70,000-$104,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 10%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
