We are currently seeking for a full time, permanent Bilingual Service Administrator to join our clients expanding team. As an Edmonton based specialty distributor, located in South Edmonton, our client has a proven history of being a leader and challenging the boundaries of innovation and excellence to consistently exceed their clients expectations.Reporting to the National Service Manager, the Service Administrator is the first point of contact for all customers calling into our Service Hotline. The Service Administrator must have a high level of solution based customer service skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to ensure our customers requests are met timely. Working closely with the Field Service Representative and Technicians, you will maintain and schedule preventative maintenance and emergency service calls for customers.Advantages

The Bilingual Service Administrator is responsible for a variety of administrative functions including but not limited to:- Responsible for all Customer Administration in Central Canada
- Coordinating Order Management duties between customer and sales team
- Troubleshoot with any logistical errors or order issues
- Answering phones
- Helping Customers with all product inquiries, and directing them to the Product Experts if needed
- Order Entry
- Providing top notch customer service at all times and additional help to other departments when neededQualifications
The ideal candidate will:- Have a professional phone etiquette and a high level of customer focus
- Be fully French/English bilingual
- Have strong attention to detail & problem solving skills
- Enjoy working in a strong team dynamic, and be a positive contributor to that environment
- Be able to handle the pressure of meeting time sensitive deadlines
- Be career focused and interested in continuous learning, a natural curiosity
- Able to work with minimal supervision successfully, analyze information and pay attention to detail
- Be open to supporting team members on other tasks as required
- Previous experience as a service dispatcher or technical service representative would be an assetSoftware Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Previous experience with MS Dynamics AX and Sharepoint would be beneficialSummary
