- A bachelor's degree with technology and/or program management subject area
- A minimum of 5 years of in-depth pharma experience with experience in program management, designing and implementing business transformation programs with IT components and relevant cross-functional experience
- 6Sigma or Program Management Professional (PgMP) a plus
- Agile methodologies such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist can also be beneficial
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration software a must
