This position is not accepting student applications.- Inspect, maintain, and operate utilities system of the plant to provide specified and reliable environmental conditions and report abnormal conditions to the Maintenance Manager
- Perform preventive maintenance, plan projects, ensure machinery development as required to minimize service interruption
- Efficiently test, troubleshoot, and repair of all mechanical equipment, components and controls and arrange regular inspections
- Maintain inventory of spare parts to minimize any downtime on production
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required
- Pneumatics: Rebuilt tools, change and rebuilt diaphragm pumps, service oilers. Install and service various types of air compressors
- Repair and maintenance of solenoids, flow controls, jet pulse (dust collector/baghouse)
- Ensure that all work is performed in full compliance with good manufacturing practice, standard operating procedures, work instructions and establish safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills. Adhere to all health and safety rules and safety procedures
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Certified Red Seal Millwright
- Strong mechanical aptitude, able to learn new machines and processes within a short time frame
- Three to five years of previous maintenance experience is preferred
- Good understanding of the machineMust have Red Seal Certificate
Requirements:
