Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

- Play a key role in the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, quality, and CI/CD / DevOps responsibilities.
- Participate in product requirement and design reviews with product managers and other engineers.
- Participate and guide initiatives for improving development processes.
- Responsible for designing and implementing applications based on a varying degree of functional specifications.
- Adapt to new technologies and processes as required.
- In conjunction with team architects understand high level business requirements and produce technical specifications, designs, and architectures.
- Work with other teams effectively and with minimal supervision.
- Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during design, development, and delivery of new features.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Hands on experience with Azure Cloud Development Stack (Cloud Platform, CI/CD, DevOps)
- Hands on experience with the following stack: SQL/Relational Databases, C#/.NET, Angular.
- Hands on experience creating and using APIs.
- General understanding of software development quality processes, unit testing, and quality control practices.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good problem-solving capabilities.
- Regularly communicates and shares knowledge with the team, including communication of work status to tech leaders.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team, completing varied work assignments and collaborating with others as required.
- Experience developing a AI/ML/NLP Based Platform.
- Experience with other languages and technologies advantageous but not essential (Experience with Rust is especially useful).
- Familiarity with the legal industry would be helpful but not essential.
