Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Wage: Up to $25/hr (Based on experience)
Timing: 7:30am-3:30pm
Days: Monday to FridayDuties & Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to support financial operations.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Bookkeeping.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in using Quickbooks..
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in sensitive matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
